DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

At our Design and Development Department we formed highly qualified team of design and technology engineers. We have a great experience in technical design and development of complex mining and construction machinery, industrial deviced and technological instrument and tools.
All the design and development work is executed in a modern design office equiped with up-to date computer facilities. In our work we use computer aided design (CAD system) and a specific software for technical calculations in the area of the machine working systems, the transmission systems and the turning systems.
The specific offer of our Design and Development Department includes:
  1. The design and development of the machinery and technical devices:
    • the steel structures
    • the hydraulic systems
    • the transmission systems
    • the electrical installations
    • the cabin designs
    • the machines' working systems
    • the steering systems
  2. The design of the machinery and industrial equipment modernisation
  3. The design of the specific attachments and tools for the working machinery and industrial equipment
  4. The design of existing machinery adaptations according to clients needs
  5. Technical drawings from the existing elements or sketches
  6. The formulation of the machinery and equipment production technology (also on the basis of the external technical documentation)
  7. The formulation of technological instructions for the machinery and equipment production needs
  8. The monitoring of the technological processes
  9. The monitoring of the welded steel structures manufacturing processes (specialists with the international qualifications awarded by the European Federation for Welding Joining and Cutting - EWF and the TŰV Anlagentechnik GmbH)
  10. The formulation of the welding instructions
  11. Engineering consulting services in the area of the technical documentation, manufacturing and exploitation of the machinery and equipment
  12. The organisation of the product attestation and certification procedures according to the Polish norms and standards
  13. The preparation of the additional documentation for the machinery and technical equipment (spare-parts catalogues, service and repairs manuals etc.)
  14. The design and production of the technological instruments and tools
